We believe that yoga is for all – from the tiniest toddler to the wisest grandparent. Whether you’re looking to share a moment with your family or introduce your little one to movement in a playful way, our yoga classes create a joyful space for everyone.
When it comes to kids, yoga looks a little different. It’s not about staying still or sitting quietly; it’s about moving, playing, and exploring in a way that feels natural and fun. At Magnolia, our toddler and family yoga classes are designed to introduce yoga through creativity, imagination, and connection.
Family Yoga – Movement, Chaos & Connection
In our Family Yoga classes, the entire family is welcome – babies, toddlers, older kids, parents, and even grandparents. Expect a lively and sometimes chaotic atmosphere, full of laughter, movement, and togetherness. We’ll stretch, jump, and play, but there will also be moments of cuddles and bonding, reminding us to appreciate the joy of family. This class is about connection, gratitude, and simply enjoying time together on the mat.
Toddler Yoga – Playful Yoga for Preschoolers (Ages 4-7)
For slightly older children, Toddler Yoga (or yoga for preschoolers) is a space where kids aged 4-7 yearscan explore yoga in a playful and age-appropriate way. Ideally, they join the class without a caregiver to encourage independence, but of course, parents are welcome if needed. Through storytelling, movement games, and fun breathing exercises, children will naturally experience the benefits of yoga – from balance and coordination to relaxation and focus.
All our kids’ yoga teachers are highly qualified, and every class is child-friendly, engaging, and full of fun!
